Recoilless Chain Lever Binder uses a independently rotating center cam mechanism to secure loads, preventing the dangerous kickback when releasing the tension off the binder common in traditional lever binders. By separating the handle from the tensioning cam, energy is stored internally rather than in the handle, allowing for safe, and easy release. Not for overhead lifting. Never Exceed Work Load Limit. Do not use handle extender for more leverage.
