Insulated Bulkhead / Hard Edge Center Divider Single Panel.

Insulated bulkheads help to protect temperature sensitive cargo and improve fuel efficiency by creating multiple temperature zones inside refrigerated trailers. The center divider divides the trailer in half from front to back. Constructed using a double redundant moisture proof protecting layers sandwiched/wrapped over a XPS core. The male/female sides and bottom are an extruded Rigid PVC (HDPE). The top is High Density sponge with wear resistant Oxford Cloth wrapping. The Male/Female sides/edges create a solid airtight connection for each panel. The bottom extrusion slides in a channel on the trailer floor and the high-density sponge with wear resistant Oxford Cloth wrapping top stays vertical by the channel in the roof. The XPS Core is a closed -cell foam insulation with excellent moisture resistance, and higher impact/mechanical strength. A UHMW kick plate installed above the bottom HDPE extruded piece helps allow for additional flexibility to kick the panel into the floor channel and protects the panel from pallet damage. Each panel comes with twelve E/A Logistic attachments (six each side) that you attach your single panel logistic strap to. Also, four handles per panel (two each side).
